New Features
- Mail Manager toolbar included in new Outlook windows: If you select "open in a new window" for an outlook folder, the new window will now contain a Mail Manager toolbar.
- Improved Suggested Filing Locations: The suggested filing locations list now offers a shorter and more targeted selection.
- Remove from suggested list: When filing a sent or received message Mail Manager may suggest a filing location based on previous behaviour. Using the option to Remove from suggested list will no longer suggest that particular location.

- Outlook 2003 and above saves .msg files in a Unicode format by default. This means that Outlook 2002 or 2000 users cannot open .msg files saved in the Unicode format.
There is now an option, via User Preferences, to ensure .msg files are saved in a non Unicode format. (#1411)
